Ribbons & Rust, What more could you want?

style{d} is ecstatic to announce another preferred vendor you must check out!
{Ribbons & Rust} based out of San Juan Capistrano, owner and founder Stephanie Stevens has been blessed with the vintage eye.
You all know the eye I am talking about! The one that can spot a diamond in the rough. Love this girl!
is a vintage decor & design rental company. They can make your event sparkle and bring the edge you are looking for. Stephanie has a vast collection of vintage pieces and is always up for a challenge.
You may have seen her work on the famous blogs,
Check out Ribbons & Rust under style{d} {vintage rentals directory} page {here}.

OMG!! Those of you who have not read the March issue of Living Etc, YOU MUST! So much inspiration to be seen however one thing caught my eye and it made" laugh" as well as think "I would sooo buy this!".
Who hates having to put on a helmet when they ride a bike? Let alone having to wear one but they are always hideous and so not stylish, right?
That has all changed! I present the company {Bonnie Bikes}. They make stylish helmets that you can change the cover (hat style) to fit your style! Cycling has become so much more appealing. :)

Dripping with Tulle

Tulle and Fashion are two words I don't typically picture being used in the same sentence, until now!
These pictures are so romantic and girly and so unlike me, only J.Mendel and Rodarte can manage to
pull out the girl in me. Their whimsical glamorous dresses are full of emotion and drama, leaving you swooning for more.

Every girl should have one in their collection!

Mad Props

Calling all Boston natives!!! Massachusetts's now has a full service prop rental house serving Boston and the greater New England area. Catering to stylist, photographers, set designers, and anyone in need of a prop! Owners Lauren Niles and Elizabeth Pond launched their business to fill a void. There extensive collection of table top, home decor, and surfaces ranging from antiques to modern all housed in a 3,000 square foot space. A stylist DREAM!!

a 1965 British Lodekka

You all know my love for all things British, right? Okay, so I must share this story about a 1965 double decker bus turned into a vintage dress shop. Yes, you heard me correctly a vintage shop on wheels! GENIUS!!
This story starts with a lady named Erin Sutherland who lost her job in this horrible recession.
What was she going to do?
Erin was not the type to give up, she had too much talent to let it go to waste so with her creative mind and unique style she created a mobil shop that could go anywhere.
This is a lady after my own heart!! I must meet her!
Now based in Portland Oregon, Lodekka a restored British double decker bus {a British Lodekka, hence the name} is a hott spot for women and girls to go to find that perfect party dress or sparkly shoes to complete any outfit.
How fun would it be to throw a party or bachelorette party @ Lodekka?!!

Vintage English Garden Wedding

style{d} is so excited to showcase one of our preferred vendors, Archive Vintage Rentals.
{Archive Vintage Rentals} is located in San Clemente, CA and ran by three talented ladies.
Today, I want to show off a recent styled inspirational shoot which took place at what most would think of as a fairy tale venue, Stone Manor in Malibu.
The theme of the wedding was a "Vintage English Garden" with a twist of color.
If you want to see more of this fabulous shoot go to {Style Me Pretty}
