Don't you love it when you see stuff stored in a unique way? I love it when, I see a traditional house decorated with industrial modern pieces or when you have a house decorated to look more like a display in a store, then your normal bathroom storage or everyday piece, like a kids toy box.

I love old crates for storage! I use them in my daughters room to store all her toys.

Is it just me or are you loving Navy Blue right now!!!?

 This color has never been my favorite, I actually kind of hated it. Harsh, I know. 

I think of fake wreaths, cows, and my mother's house 15 years ago. Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Country, Country, Country! Yuck!

However, I find myself drawn to it...wanting it on everything. When I think VINTAGE I see Dark Navy Blue.

Honestly, I keep having this reacurring vision of my bedroom being painted a deep navy blue but as much as I can see myself doing this. I am not sure if I have the balls to actually put the paint brush on the wall....Well, I know, I have the balls, just not sure if our landlord does. LOL!

Watch out it's going to be a Haute 2011 color! Just sayin....

 Last but not least my {LOVE} for the moment is this Dark Blue (Lapus) Yves Saint Laurent Ring. I have been dropping hints to my husband in hopes he surprises me with it for a early anniversary (July 23) gift. :) A girl can dream, right.

 I first saw her online at {SAKS FIFTH AVENUE} and then I was checking one of my favorite blogs, {MADE BY GIRL} and there she was! Jeni's sweet husband bought her one...haate herr (LOL), but love her style! 

Rustic Farm

I know everyone has been waiting sooo patiently to see the URBAN BARN Space.... well after being sick all week with bronchitis and a active 2 year old running around like a mad woman. I managed to get my booty out to URBAN BARN.

I was pulling out my handy chalk to write "styled by karli" on my Navy Blue Chalkboard above (isn't she cute?). When this cute young girl comes up and ask "Is the chalkboard for sale, I LOVE it?", "WHY?!!" Is what I was thinking because of course, the one thing I was planning on keeping. LOL! I quoted her a price and she said "SOLD".

Before, I even had a chance to finish the space, things were selling off the floor.

I would say it was a good day! However, I kind of miss my chalkboard frame. :) 

I must say I could not do all of this with out my loving husband, who is so patient with me. He came and helped me set up because I was still so sick. I love you HUSBAND! 

I think I owe him big! Don't you think?
